All of you guys are really wonderful, I really enjoyed being with you this week. It just flew by, it was so powerful. It was an opportunity to speak to the Rabbis, to hear how practical they are in the way they think and the way they communicate. The halachas they’re giving us are things we can take home and use immediately. I thank you, and I’m sure I speak for many others who really thank you for all your support [and for causing this trip to happen.]

Shabbos Hosting

The hosts were welcoming and nice. It was a complete Shabbat experience that included prayer services, delicious meals and interesting lessons on Judaism. Additionally, there were many great people to meet and talk with about Judaism and other subjects. Overall this experience enlightened me on what celebrating Shabbat means.

I want to say that this really was a life changing experience. My first time here in Israel, I got things out of this trip that I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would. I really want to thank all the Rabbis for making this such an emotional, spiritual and fulfilling experience.

Shabbos Project

The Shabbat project this year was on a different level than in past years. I think this is because Kesher Yisrael brought in many dynamic speakers throughout the city that really did a great job in providing the perfect mood to experience Shabbat in the ideal way. At our Shul, Magen David, we had Rabbi Yisrael Lashak for Shabbat and he was phenomenal! People gravitated toward him and his speeches were mesmerizing. Thank you R' Leib for all the amazing things you are doing in Toronto. Looking forward for more and more; and of course to many more adventures together! Thanks a lot and Hatzlacha Rabba - Rabbi Messod Azoulay, Magen David Sephardic Congregation
